You’re right Robert, most people wouldn’t want to be in Charles’ position. But I get the impression he dearly wants it.

Play the good steward and try to protect the institution? And at the same time increasing its wealth? Reporting in the USA suggests he’s pushed hard to expand the family’s assets and make them more profitable.

Or will he use his position to promote causes - one’s more controversial than his mom would have ever touched, and more aggressively than she’d have thought appropriate?
