You're right about there being no Christians north of the Straits, Glenn. The only time those log draggers, stump eaters, and yes, Jack Pine savages bring out a Bible is to give someone a Christian readin' before lowering them into the grave.

I live in the northwest Lower Peninsula, so I'm civilized by comparison. For instance, I wear my bra no more than a week. Then I take it off, turn it inside out, and put it back on. That's as opposed to Yooper gals. They wear the same bra all Winter, then take it off around Memorial Day to air out the girls.
