This is a fine bit of writing, Kristie, and I was fascinated by your observations. One of my fellow church ladies swears a nightly shot of cherry juice with a magnesium supplement assures her a good night’s sleep. The same goes for plenty of other folks here on the Leelanau peninsula. We don’t know if the cherry juice helps. But since we’re in a major cherry growing region, we’re duty bound to say it does.
