Thanks Ted, but this is a serious subject. Too many prospective buyers for houses in our association have identified a house they want, arranged financing, made an offer, put down earnest money. Nice people: not the least bit woke, want to forensically audit everything. But they’re rejected by the Association board because they fail the lawnmowing test (cut grass to the same height as in the neighbor’s yard, and in the same north-south or other pattern). So sad.
