Thank you CL. Ya know, some companies - Dow Chemical, for example - have been known to use the same IT for 20 years. They maximize their ROI before replacing it. God hasn’t updated His user manual in 2,000 years. So new IT and a call center may indeed be in the works.

That, or this idea is the result of a change in my meds. And my doctor should back that change out.
