Shereen, this is quite remarkable. People I know with secret fears, disappointments, and the like - and are willing to mention them - consider them a burden, a drag on their lives, and wish they could shed and forget them. You, on the other hand, want to hold onto them until you can - if I read you correctly - look them in the eye, consider them, then process them appropriately. Again, that’s remarkable. In all honesty, I’m not that brave. I’d rather take the comparatively easy way out: shove such secrets down deep, and just let them fester.
