Chester, this is a mighty helpful article. I've pondered dipping my foot into Substack, but still want to maintain a presence on Medium. I was concerned about the demands of trying to do both. (I'm an old broad who has only so much energy to devote to anything.)

You've helped me conclude that I'm better off sticking to Medium alone. That's despite the riff-raff on this site. (Which, admittedly, most readers consider me to be.)
